1. Services Provided

Valoren provides managed digital infrastructure, including private environment provisioning and asset management. Services are provided on a subscription basis.

2. Subscription & Billing

By subscribing to Valoren, you agree to a recurring monthly fee. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Failure to maintain an active subscription may lead to the suspension of your private environment.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate allocation of dedicated infrastructure resources, Valoren does not offer refunds once a provisioning cycle has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

4. Acceptable Use

Users are responsible for the content hosted within their instances. Infrastructure must not be used for any illegal activities or to distribute malicious software.

5. Limitation of Liability

Valoren provides high-availability infrastructure but does not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any indirect losses resulting from service interruptions.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
